Overview
The Bacardi team at OMD EMEA comprises ~10 experts managing cross channel activity for EMEA. The team is responsible for the strategic planning and buying of Programmatic, Search and Social advertising for this client, but also leading the EMEA hub to instill best practice, training and innovations regionally. This involves working across multiple teams, clients and regions to drive the best performance for our clients.
In this role you will be working across brands such as Bombay, Bacardi, Grey Goose, Patron and Martini. Key platforms are The Trade Desk and DV360; previous training on at least one of these platforms is required. Delivery is across multiple markets including FR, ES, DE, UK and IT to deliver a regional programmatic strategy. This role would be driving Bacardi's programmatic performance, identifying opportunities to optimize existing activations, managing creative trafficking, integrating cross platform reporting, and suggesting test and learns for your specified markets.

Our working pattern for colleagues is to be present in the office three days a week at our offices in London with the other days available to work remotely. Let us know if you have any questions about our working pattern as part of your application and interview process.
Flexible Working

Our standard working hours are 9:30 - 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 - 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that's in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.

Qualifications
- Previous training on at least one of The Trade Desk or DV360 platforms required.
- Experience working across multiple markets and cross-functional teams preferred.
