Managing Quantity Surveyor

New Yesterday

Skanska, one of the world’s leading project development and construction groups, is an inclusive and responsible business that is helping to build a better society.

Drawing on our Scandinavian heritage, we are green, innovative, and progressive. We bring together people and technology, as part of our objective to make construction a safer and more collaborative industry.

We currently have an opportunity to join our team as a Managing Quantity Surveyor on the A428 Black Cat to Caxton Gibbet Improvement project. The purpose of the National Highways scheme is to address the problems of congestion, poor journey time reliability and poor resilience against incidents between the Black Cat and Caxton Gibbet roundabouts. The Scheme involves construction of a new 10 mile dual 2-lane carriageway and associated bridges and structures from west of the A421/A1 Black Cat roundabout through to east of the A428/A1198 Caxton Gibbet roundabout.

You will be based on site in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. There is flexibility for some hybrid working. This will be discussed in more detail at the interview.
