Join Triptease — Where Travel Tech Meets Impact

At Triptease, we’re building technology that helps hotels thrive in a digital world dominated by Online Travel Agents. Our products empower hotels to increase direct bookings, regain profitability, and build closer relationships with their guests.

We’re already generating over £1 billion in direct revenue annually, scaling across 100+ countries with offices in London, New York, Barcelona, and Singapore. It’s a fantastic time to join us as we grow our impact and expand our engineering teams.

About the Role

We're hunting for someone who gets genuinely excited about making marketing magic happen through automation and AI. Not the “set it and forget it” kind of automation—we’re talking about the creative, problem‑solving, “I wonder if we could…” kind.

As an AI & Automation Specialist on our demand generation team, you will design automations that unlock entirely new ways of working. You’ll work across teams, understand real pain points, and build solutions that actually make people’s lives easier.

Why This Role Rocks

You’ll have autonomy to experiment and innovate. You’ll be building the future of how we work, playing with cutting‑edge AI tools, solving interesting problems, and seeing the direct impact of your work across the entire go‑to‑market team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building Automations That Matter: Use tools like Make.com, Gumloop, and n8n to create workflows that power our campaigns, events, and product marketing. Write the playbook yourself by dreaming up solutions to problems we haven’t yet identified.
  • Understanding What People Actually Need: Quickly uncover the heart of customer, sales, or marketing frustrations and build automations that solve those problems.
  • Making Data Work for Us: Create workflows that capture, clean, enrich, and turn data into actionable insights.
  • Getting Personal at Scale: Use AI to create personalised customer experiences that feel human, not robotic.
  • Being the AI Champion: Stay ahead of AI tools and trends, test new tech, help the team adopt automation, create playbooks, run workshops.
  • Collaborating Like a Pro: Bridge the gap between “wouldn’t it be cool if…” and “look what we just launched.”
  • Keeping Things Running Smoothly: Build automated quality checks and smart alerts to catch issues before campaigns go live.
  • Sharing the Knowledge: Document wins, learnings, and failures to help the team level up their automation game.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • 1‑3 Years of Experience: Marketing ops, demand generation, or similar role built automation solutions. Provide specific examples.
  • Hands‑On Technical Chops: Comfortable with Make.com, Gumloop, or n8n; can write simple code (JavaScript, Python, or similar).
  • Show Us Your Greatest Hits: Walk through your best automations, their impact, and any creative aspects.
  • Ideas That Pop: Examples of improving manual processes with innovative ideas.
  • Customer Empathy in Your DNA: Ability to understand pain points and translate them into solutions.
  • Marketing Tech Fluency: Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo; understand data flows and campaign mechanics.
  • A Love for Solving Puzzles: Analytical and creative; structure complex data flows and devise innovative solutions.
  • Always Learning: Tinkering with new tools, reading on emerging tech, self‑teaching.
  • The Right Energy: Entrepreneurial, curious, experimental; thrives in fast‑moving environments and brings positive energy.
