Part-Time Marketing and Communications Manager
3 days per week | Hybrid (Holborn, London + remote)

We're looking for acreative, stylish, and brilliant communicatorto join our team as aMarketing & Communications Manageron a part-time basis. This is a hands-on role where you'll help usrefresh our brand, build a new website, and optimise our digital presence— alongside delivering engaging marketing across both businesses.

What you’ll be doing

Responsibilities

• Leading on ourbranding refreshproject — ensuring consistency, creativity and impact across all channels

• Coordinating thedesign and launch of a new websitethat reflects our values and strengthens our digital presence

• Shaping and deliveringmarketing campaignsthat elevate our brand and drive engagement with clients, candidates and learners

• Creating and maintainingbrochures, decks and branded collateralthat showcase our distinctive style and voice

• Supportingevents and webinars, including promotion, communications and materials to ensure high visibility and attendance

• Managing and optimisingsocial media posting and schedulingacross LinkedIn and other platforms to grow reach and engagement

• Driving visibility by implementingSEO best practicesacross our website, blogs and campaigns

• Analysing and reporting onGoogle Ads performanceto help optimise campaigns and improve ROI

• UsingAI toolsto support content creation, research and campaign optimisation

Qualifications

• Someonecreative with a brilliant sense of styleand an eye for brand identity and design

• Aconfident communicatorwho can capture attention with words, visuals and storytelling

• Experience withSEO, Google Ads, social media management and digital marketing tools(e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, HubSpot/Mailchimp, scheduling platforms)

• Comfortable usingAI tools(ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) to enhance marketing and communications

• A collaborativeteam playerwho thrives in a supportive, high-energy environment

• Bonus points for:

  • Experience withThinkific(or other learning platforms)

  • Background inrecruitment, HR, or trainingenvironments

  • Previous involvement inwebsite builds or brand refresh projects
