The Marketing Lead is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of marketing campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives to enhance SCAPE Group’s external market position and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on SCAPE Scotland and wider framework marketing activity. Your New Role We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Lead to join our in-house team to produce high impact, content rich marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. The role requires proven experience in managing and executing integrated marketing programmes across online and offline channels. You’ll be detail-oriented, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling messages. With strong stakeholder engagement skills, you’ll be experienced in working with internal teams, partners, agencies and suppliers to deliver projects effectively. Knowledge of construction, public sector and public procurement would be an advantage. As the Marketing Lead, you’ll report to the Senior Marketing Partner and work within our well established team, including the Digital Marketing Partner; Content Marketing Partner; PR, Comms, and Engagement Partner; Events and Marketing Lead; and Digital Content Lead to ensure all activity is strategically aligned and impactful. Lead the delivery of campaigns and marketing activity for SCAPE Scotland, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Develop high-quality content for digital, social, and marketing materials, tailoring messages to different sectors and audiences. Support and deliver external events and exhibitions, acting as an ambassador for the business. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective and consistent campaigns. Track and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
Degree in Marketing or another relevant professional qualification/experience. Knowledge of campaign development, event management, PR/media, and digital marketing techniques. IT literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite and mobile technology devices. Understanding of B2B marketing, particularly within construction, infrastructure, or public sector procurement. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Craft CMS, and social media/content management platforms. Excellent project management and content creation skills, with the ability to balance multiple campaigns and deadlines.

This is a hybrid role primarily based in our Nottingham office, with occasional travel to Scotland to support the SCAPE Scotland team.
