We are recruiting experienced chefs of all levels

from CDP – Lead chef, to work on match days all season. The site has a variety of kitchens.

You will work as part of a brigade of chefs to achieve a successful service for your lead chef, working on A section and helping where needed.

Experience in large-scale banqueting is preferable, but if you have a minimum of 3 years chef experience in fast-paced environments, feel free to get in touch. Hardworking, skilled chefs with great attitudes are always welcome.

Pay ranges from £16 - £22, depending on role, client, and experience.

You also have the option to work at other venues/events with the flexibility to choose your shifts.

Requirements for the role

• Valid Food Safety Level 2 & Food Allergens certificates – we can provide if needed.
• NVQ Level 1, 2, 3 Professional Cookery (or equivalent) or relevant experience.
• Team Player
• Enthusiasm and eagerness to work hard
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Own knives in a knife case
• Uniform – chef whites, trousers, safety shoes, and optionally your own apron

• Cook to specification and contribute to menu creation
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness to the highest standards
• Product delivery, standards, and innovation
• Liaise with front of house staff and management
• Stock control, waste management, and finance
• Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and Maintenance
• Adhere to health and safety legislation, COSHH, and other regulations
