Mechanical Project Manager role based with David Leslie Ltd, partnered with TieTalent, covering South Coast and London projects. Salary: £70,000 to £80,000 depending on experience + company car + benefits package

Role details
The successful Mechanical Project Manager will manage a range of pre-designed and design & build projects valued between £500k and £2M. You’ll enjoy a varied week with time spent on site, in the office, and occasional working from home, with full involvement in projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Delivering mechanical projects from inception to completion
- Managing a mix of pre-designed and design & build schemes
- Supporting and mentoring less experienced staff
- Carrying out site surveys, managing variations, and taking a hands-on approach when required
- Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard
Qualifications / The ideal candidate will have
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager (project values £500k–£2M)
- Flexibility to travel to sites across the South Coast, Central London, and Kent
- A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to continue learning
- Comfortable managing responsibilities both on site and in the office, with the willingness to take a hands-on role when required
Salary and benefits
- £70,000 to £80,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid company car (or car allowance if preferred) plus travel expenses

- 22 days holiday plus Bank & Public Holidays, increasing to a maximum of 28 days after 4 years’ service
