Responsibilities

The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing building services, mechanical HVAC, procurement, budgeting, and mechanical engineering tasks. Daily tasks involve liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Experience in Building Services, HVAC
• Skills in Procurement and Budgeting
• Strong Mechanical Engineering background
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in the retail sector is a plus
