Media Buyer

Currently, we are looking for a Media Buyer for our key client, a fast-growing digital marketing agency that partners with eCommerce and DTC brands to scale profitably. With a strong reputation for strategic guidance, transparent reporting, and creative collaboration, the company empowers its clients by leading with insight, not just data. Known for driving results through hands-on media buying and client education, the team is committed to building long-term success stories across digital platforms.

We are looking for a Media Buyer to join their client-facing strategy team. This role involves managing paid campaigns, building client relationships, and translating performance metrics into meaningful business insights. You’ll lead calls, report results, and guide next steps with confidence, all while collaborating closely with the creative team to ensure top-performing campaigns.

As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for:

- Managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
- Building and presenting strategic roadmaps to clients, aligned with their business goals.
- Leading client calls and Loom updates to guide strategy and report performance.
- Translating ad performance data into actionable business insights.
- Collaborating with the creative team to launch and optimize high-performing ads.
- Staying on top of platform updates, industry trends, and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Leading client retention efforts by delivering results, driving value, and fostering strong client relationships.
- Supporting the sales process by providing strategic insights and participating in proposal development when needed.
- Innovating and refining paid media and content services to keep the agency’s offerings competitive and effective.
- Owning the ad creative direction, ensuring creative assets are aligned with strategy and performance objectives.

Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on media buying experience in the eCommerce/DTC space, managing a minimum of £20k/month in ad spend.
- Strong ability to communicate strategy, performance, and next steps clearly and confidently.
- Confident in leading client conversations and meetings, acting as the main point of contact.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset and a focus on results.
- English language Upper intermediate (B2) is a must.

Nice to have:

- Experience with TikTok Ads, GA4, or Klaviyo.
- Familiarity with eCommerce brands and DTC growth marketing.
