MEP Associate Quantity Surveyor - London. A brand new, boutique Quantity Surveying practice is looking to add a client facing and bright MEP Associate Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Central London. The MEP Associate Quantity Surveyor will be leading all MEP projects and have the chance to grow the MEP team from scratch. The role offers hybrid working.

Responsibilities

• Lead all MEP projects with autonomy, supported by directors as needed.
• Help grow the MEP team from scratch, with a target to build a team of 5 MEP surveyors.
• Work on a range of commercial projects across central London with contract values from £1.5m to £600m.
• Collaborate with the founding Directors and maintain client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or an RICS-accredited degree
• MRICS is preferred
• MEP/ME&E experience
• Experience within the commercial sector
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge
