We’re working with a fast-growing property and financial services company that’s looking for a motivated Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their successful team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone based in or near South/South West London who wants to combine branch-based and remote working with excellent earning potential and full admin support.

The Mortgage and Protection Advisor role:

Working from Home and across branches in South West London, you’ll work with an existing client portfolio while also generating new business from the offices and advisors you partner with.

This is a well-supported environment where you’ll be encouraged to focus on delivering great client outcomes – not just chasing leads.

• Advising on a full range of mortgage and protection products
• Completing detailed financial assessments and affordability checks
• Managing cases from enquiry to completion
• Delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships
• Working towards both individual and team targets

• Up to £32,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser
• Strong communicator with excellent client relationship skills
• Ability to manage your own caseload and pipeline
• Detail-oriented and committed to providing a high-quality, compliant service
• Must be based within a commutable distance to South/South West London branches
