Join to apply for the Mortgage Compliance Supervisor role at LSL Property Services plc. PRIMIS Mortgage Network is the largest dedicated Mortgage & Protection Network in the UK, part of the LSL Property Services plc group.

The Compliance Supervisor will support a large team of Area Supervision Managers operating across the UK and will conduct and evaluate desk-based assessments of low risk Mortgage and Protection Advisers in accordance with the PRIMIS T&C schemes. The role may involve identifying needs and referring to Senior Area Supervision Managers as appropriate. This is a remote role with candidates preferably living within the M25.

This position is an excellent entry to mid-career opportunity, with potential progression into Area Supervision Manager / Area Compliance Manager roles as the network grows.

Responsibilities

• Support the Area Supervision Managers across the UK by conducting and evaluating desk-based assessments of low risk Mortgage and Protection Advisers in accordance with PRIMIS T&C schemes.
• Identify and refer needs to Senior Area Supervision Managers where applicable.
• Work in a remote setting with a focus on timely and accurate assessments and ongoing compliance monitoring.

Qualifications & Skills

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience within the Mortgage & Protection financial services sector
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work under own initiative
• CF 1, 6 & MAQ and/or CeMap 1, 2 & 3 or equivalent (essential)
• J07 or equivalent H15 (optional)
• ER1 or equivalent CF7 & HR1 (optional)

Salary

Salary is between £28,000 and £30,000 per annum.

Location & Recruitment

Candidate location will be a factor in the recruitment process as this role provides grounding for future Area Supervison Managers, recruited based on candidate geography.
