The role:

We are looking for a NAM or experienced NAE ready to take the next step in their career and lead across a number of our exciting mass brands in our portfolio, which are Mitchum deodorant, Crème of Nature hair, Revlon cosmetics to name a new. With our business expanding, this is an exciting time to join as we continue our strong growth performance and will require someone passionate about Beauty that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This role is responsible for managing our growing commercial relationships for key accounts and full P&L ownership, alongside building strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure impactful plans land with success.

A Day In The Life

  • Maintaining and building strong relationships with key customer contacts and cross functional teams, including Demand Planning, Finance and Marketing.
  • Managing the full P&L and tracking, sharing regular updates to both sell-in performance, spend and R&Os, versus forecast.
  • Developing strong customer plans, negotiating winning execution in-store and online.
  • Managing sell-out performance, reviewing promotion effectiveness, availability and driving growth.
  • Responsible for promotional planning, invoicing, trade term and new line form implementation.
  • Providing accurate financial forecasting and stockholding analysis for accounts.

About You

  • You can build strong relationships and have excellent communication skills.
  • You have experience managing key customer accounts in Highstreet or Grocery, with P&L and planning ownership.
  • You have strong commercial acumen, with P&L experience, performance analysis, and target tracking.
  • A team player, who’s self-motivated and proactive.
  • You can work in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritise.
  • An understanding of the in-store and online landscape to build leading brand execution.
  • You have a high level of computer literacy, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
