Full-Time | Commercial Department | Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for relationship-building and business growth? NoteMachine is looking for a dynamic National Account Manager to join our Commercial Department and play a key role in managing and expanding our national client base.

About The Role

As a National Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and strengthening client partnerships across the UK. You’ll manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and developing relationships with national clients
  • Acting as the main point of contact, ensuring high satisfaction and client success
  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand services and ATM deployments
  • Supporting contract negotiations and pricing agreements
  • Creating and executing strategic account plans to meet revenue goals
  • Conducting market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors
  • Monitoring KPIs and providing actionable insights
  • Preparing performance reports for senior management

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinking with attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
