Account Manager – Rental Operators. Location: Remote and Field Based National role with frequent travel between London and Northwest England. Reporting to: Area Director. Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + £15,000 OTE (uncapped) & company car.

To help us achieve this, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team in the Rental Operator division. Your mission is to manage a portfolio of accounts, achieve ambitious revenue goals, and uncover exciting new business opportunities. This role focuses on strategy and innovation—designing tailored account plans, delivering data-driven insights, and showcasing the value of Rightmove’s products. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to deliver smooth account management and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Hit your targets: Consistently achieve (and exceed) individual sales and activity goals to drive revenue growth.
  • Strengthen relationships: Build trust with new and existing clients through regular, meaningful engagement that ensures satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Shape account strategy: Create and deliver tailored account plans that meet client needs while driving business objectives.
  • Lead with data: Share performance insights and market trends in review meetings, helping clients make informed decisions.
  • Showcase value: Present Rightmove’s products and services with clarity and impact, whether one-to-one or to larger groups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work with billing, reporting, and operations to ensure smooth account management.
  • Resolve challenges: Tackle client queries, disputes, or aged debt quickly and effectively to maintain trust and long-term satisfaction.
  • Champion our culture: Act as an ambassador for Rightmove’s values, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Success in this role means exceeding revenue targets, fostering long-term client relationships, and contributing to Rightmove’s market leadership.

Who you are (Qualifications)

  • Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent skills in building and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients at all levels of business.
  • Solid understanding of industry trends and market dynamics, with experience in managing multiple products and solutions.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive client success.
  • Demonstrated capability to take ownership of challenges and deliver effective resolutions.
  • Open, honest, and collaborative, with a commitment to personal and team growth.
  • Structured and disciplined, with a drive to improve and a willingness to ask probing questions that challenge the status quo.
