Are you ready to take ownership of major grocery accounts and drive real commercial growth in the health snacking space? Are you currently a Grocery NAM that wants to tackle some large Grocery account in a business that has no signs of slowing down?
Advocate Group is proud to represent a category leader in health snacking, with backing from a larger organisation. We're looking for a National Account Manager to join their dynamic Grocery team.
You'll join a high performing team, that are smashing the category, with heaps on innovation and on trend products.
The Role:
- We are looking for a candidate that can make their mark and take full ownership of three strategic grocery accounts - Waitrose, Asda and Booths
- Build and execute annual customer plans, including full P&L responsibility
- Secure new listings, drive promotional plans, and ensure flawless execution in-store and online
- Collaborate with Category, Shopper Marketing, NPD, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver customer excellence
- Actively analyse retailer data, monitor competitors, and be the voice of the customer internally
About You:
- 2+ years managing FMCG accounts with major UK retailers
- Strong understanding of P&Ls, margin management, and forecasting
- Confident selling and influencing skills – with both buyers and cross-functional teams
- Passion for health, wellness, and challenger brands
- Strong team player with excellent organisation and attention to detail
