- Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with customers to understand their network and security needs.
- Conduct Workshops: Run technical workshops to gather information for low‑level designs.
- Design Solutions: Implement multi‑vendor network and security solutions, including routers, firewalls, and switches.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and provide ongoing maintenance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation and provide training to clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project management and sales teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Skills You Will Need
- Certifications: Fortinet FCSS certified.
- Networking: Expertise in designing and troubleshooting LAN/WAN (Cisco, Fortinet).
- Security Solutions: Knowledge of Next Generation Firewalls and VPNs, primarily Fortinet.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
