We’re Oxspring, specialists in Cisco-powered wireless networks for industrial environments—warehouses, factories, and distribution centres. Our solutions keep scanners, AGVs, and automation running without downtime. With a plan to double turnover in 24 months, we’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our growth journey.

The Role

This is a hybrid role combining new business development (70%) with account management (30%) for newly onboarded clients. You’ll:

  • Identify and win new opportunities in warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Build relationships with IT and Operations leaders, positioning Oxspring as a trusted advisor.
  • Work with pre-sales engineers to scope solutions and deliver proposals.
  • Manage and grow accounts post-sale, ensuring customer success and repeat business.
  • Drive revenue across Cisco wireless, managed services, and IoT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Proactively identify, qualify and pursue new B2B opportunities across target sectors.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and events.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals aligned with business objectives.

Account Management

  • Grow and manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions to client goals.

Partner Engagement

  • Collaborate with Cisco and ecosystem partners to maximize co-selling opportunities.

Solution Selling

  • Adopt a consultative approach, mapping technology to measurable business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years B2B sales experience, ideally in IT, networking or industrial technology.
  • Proven success in new business development including meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and passion for technology.
  • Familiarity with Cisco wireless or industrial environments is a bonus (training provided).
