As an OEM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our business objectives by forging deep strategic relationships with key OEMs, creating a distinct competitive advantage Responsibilities: Strategic Networking: Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with OEM senior management, positioning Lubrizol as a clear competitive leader. Business Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans tailored to each OEM, ensuring alignment with Lubrizol's strategic goals. Market Insight: Provide strategic advice to senior management on emerging business trends, influencing decisions across internal divisions and external groups. Opportunity Identification: Analyze and communicate the business impact of OEM and market changes, transforming insights into growth opportunities. Project Leadership: Initiate and lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects that drive innovation and business success. Strategic Negotiation: Influence industry and OEM strategic decisions to benefit Lubrizol's market segment. Team Sponsorship: Act as a sponsor or reviewer for key teams and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Expertise / Knowledge / Skills: OEM and Customer Insight: Deep understanding of OEM and customer business dynamics. Innovative Solutions: Recognized for delivering sound commercial solutions to complex challenges. Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of fluid additives and fluid/equipment interactions. Global Market Understanding: Proficient in marketing concepts with a broad understanding of worldwide markets. Industry Influence: Ability to shape industry changes that benefit Lubrizol. Strategic Thinking: Utilize OEM and customer insights to inform and shape business strategy. Business Strategy: Implement strategic business skills to leverage opportunities and drive growth. Negotiation Skills: Demonstrate strong negotiation capabilities to create commercial impact. Cross-Disciplinary Knowledge: Integrate information across disciplines to optimize costs and drive efficiency. Experience: Proven experience in OEM liaison, mechanical testing,transportation technology or business segments antd related fields Language Skills: Fluent German speaking and writing skills are advantageous. Travel: Willingness to travel up to 10% within Europe #LI-Hybrid #LI-JS1
