Overview

Office Administrator & Bookkeeper to support a dynamic creative fashion studio. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the studio's West London location. The position focuses on maintaining the studio's financial and operational health during a period of growth, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero.
  • Manage financial records, prepare monthly reports, generate and track invoices, and process monthly payroll.
  • Provide essential HR and administrative support across the business.
  • Collaborate with leadership to help shape a smooth, inclusive, and well-structured studio environment.

Qualifications

  • Relevant bookkeeping experience.
  • Confidence with Xero.
  • Strong payroll understanding and familiarity with HR processes.
  • Proven ability to handle general office administration.
