Overview

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Office Manager to join a rapidly growing Insurance Company based in North West London. Established for over 30 years with a strong reputation in the market, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, supporting HR administration processes, and contributing to a positive and productive team culture.

Working hours Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (with one day per week working from home). Great benefits package and generous holiday allowance on offer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office management and HR administration
  • Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes, maintain employee records, and liaise with external HR consultants
  • Facilitate HR meetings and initiatives to support employee engagement and well-being
  • Maintain accurate records of holidays and sickness
  • Coordinate office-related issues including facility repairs and maintenance
  • Liaise with the IT service provider to report and resolve IT issues
  • Manage procurement, stock levels, and vendor relationships
  • Organise staff events and team-building activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Provide PA support to the Managing Director

Key Skills

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proven experience in office management and HR administration
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong general IT skills
  • A proactive team player with the confidence to contribute ideas and drive improvement
