The Role

Job Title: Office Manager

Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)

Location: Central London.

What you’ll be doing

  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Organising and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel for senior leaders.
  • Maintaining tidy and efficient filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Assisting with HR administration, such as onboarding new team members and keeping employee records up to date.
  • Managing expenses, company insurance, and logistics for team travel.
  • Supporting departments with admin tasks like data entry, reporting, and presentation preparation.
  • Coordinating company events, team socials, and internal activities.
  • Ensuring the office is a welcoming, professional space for staff and visitors.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar support role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
  • A proactive problem-solver with great attention to detail.
  • An interest in sports is a bonus.
