The Role
Job Title: Office Manager
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)
Location: Central London.
What you’ll be doing
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Organising and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel for senior leaders.
- Maintaining tidy and efficient filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Assisting with HR administration, such as onboarding new team members and keeping employee records up to date.
- Managing expenses, company insurance, and logistics for team travel.
- Supporting departments with admin tasks like data entry, reporting, and presentation preparation.
- Coordinating company events, team socials, and internal activities.
- Ensuring the office is a welcoming, professional space for staff and visitors.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar support role.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
- A proactive problem-solver with great attention to detail.
- An interest in sports is a bonus.
