Operations Analyst - Investment manager - Flexible working

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a graduate with 1–2 years of Operations experience to join a boutique investment manager as an Operations Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Operations, gaining exposure to middle- and back-office functions, including cash management, trade reporting, reconciliations, and investor transactions.
• Develop knowledge of risk management through structured training.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant Operations experience
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income and Equities
• Advanced Excel skills
• Confidence to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
