Overview

Operations Analyst – Private Credit Fund, London region. Up to £80k base salary plus up to 50% bonus. Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office. This is a growth hire within a lean operations function at a private credit fund that has recently scaled and is in a fundraising phase.

The role reports directly to the Head of Operations (HOO) and offers broad exposure across the wider business. The operations function provides true front-to-back coverage, including trade support, cash projections, FX exposure, onboarding, and project-focused work.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-to-back operations support including trade support, cash projections, FX exposure management, onboarding, and project-focused work.
• Collaborate with senior team members and report directly to the Head of Operations.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of operations experience (buy-side or sell-side).
• Strong academic background.
• Ability to problem-solve and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
