Overview

Operations Director - £60k + Equity - Wokingham - Semi remote. The role requires a solid understanding of Data Analytics along with Product Roadmap development. The company is well established and works with some of the biggest finance and tech companies in the UK. There is excellent scope to move into a COO role. The role requires in-office presence 2 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Drive business engagement through data analytics.
• Assist with product roadmap and development.
• Support the growth of the business.
• Collaborate with Business Leaders and Stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous tech startup background in an operations role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Experience working with data platforms such as Databricks, Foundry or similar.
• Experience analysing customer and client data for product strategies.
• Experience liaising with Business Leaders and Stakeholders.

Compensation

£60k + Equity with a 4 year exit plan. In-office presence required 2 days a week.
