What drives our operations? Our people!

We’re looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Manager with excellent leadership, interpersonal, and technical skills to help us build and scale our premium ride-hailing operations in London.

About Us

With over 200 million customers in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa. And it's all thanks to our people.

We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or disability.

Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission!

About the role

Your role will have a direct and tangible impact on the quality and reliability of our premium vertical, which you’ll be able to see in real-time. If you’re ready to take full ownership, deliver high-end partner and rider experiences, and set new standards in urban transport — this is your opportunity. You will be leading the local premium operations team and working closely with cross-functional and HQ stakeholders to ensure exceptional partner service, fleet performance, and operational scalability

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Developing strategies to strengthen the premium driver value proposition, to continually grow high-quality supply, performance, and retention
  • Managing and supporting the operations team by defining precise local operational processes, with a focus on premium standards, scalability, and execution
  • Hands-on supply management – working autonomously with your team to ensure best-in-class experiences for fleet partners, across acquisition, onboarding, and activation
  • Analyzing data – you will be monitoring supply and quality metrics using tools like Excel, SQL or BI dashboards to optimize marketplace health
  • Identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities on a local level, and driving structured experiments and local initiatives
  • Advising and closely collaborating with HQ teams such as Product, Legal or Marketing to develop and execute strategic initiatives that elevate service quality and partner satisfaction

About you:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in operations, consulting, mobility or a similar fast-paced environment
  • You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English
  • You have a strong sense of ownership, with a hands-on and detail-oriented approach
  • You have experience managing complex teams and/or cross-functional projects
  • You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent numerical and problem-solving skills
  • You are comfortable developing decision frameworks, leveraging tools like Excel, SQL or Python to support your strategies

Experience is great, but we also look for drive, intelligence, and integrity. So, even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying if you feel you’re the kind of person described above!

Why you’ll love it here:

  • Play a direct role in shaping the future of mobility.
  • Impact millions of customers and partners in 600+ cities across 50+ countries.
  • Work in fast-moving autonomous teams with some of the smartest people in the world.
  • Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
