Salsa Rose is looking for a SUPERSTAR OPERATIONS MANAGER

Salsa Rose is growing and we’re looking for an Operations, Logistics & Events Manager to join our small but mighty team. You’ll be the engine behind our seamless catering and events: planning, prepping, staffing, and delivering unforgettable experiences.

We’re after someone who:

Thrives on structure and logistics

Has 2–3 yrs ops experience (ideally in events/hospitality)

Loves spreadsheets and a smooth system

Has a killer eye for detail and a passion for great food, drinks, events, hospitality and sustainability

️ Daily team lunches

️ Epic team trips (last one - North Uist)

Hybrid work between home, kitchen and events
