Location: South East UK based with travel across the region (Outside M25)

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + £4,000 annual car allowance

As an Operations and Performance Executive, you'll work side-by-side with a Head of Region to support the performance of a business unit with hundreds of people, dozens of branches, and thousands of families relying on our service every year. From your first day, you'll be exposed to how real businesses run - from budgets and people to transformation and customer care.

This role is part specifically set up to develop future leaders in the business - designed to give outstanding early-career talent real responsibility, direct exposure to senior leadership, and the support to grow into an exceptional leader in operations, commercial, or transformation roles.
