We are seeking an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Specialist to manage supply for our ride-hailing operations in Birmingham.

About the Role: We are looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Specialist to manage supply in our UK ride-hailing operations. You will work closely with the Operations Managers, where your contributions will directly impact business growth by achieving supply milestones and key metrics. Main tasks and responsibilities

• City KPI Analysis: Develop a clear understanding of city dynamics to identify and solve problems.
• Improve City Performance: Look for actionable opportunities to enhance performance.
• Process Optimization: Help scale operations by finding the most efficient ways to transform processes.
• Data Analysis: Monitor engagement, quality, and utilization metrics to ensure an excellent experience for users and drivers.
• Driver Retention Strategies: Develop and execute plans to minimize driver churn.
• Industry Expertise: Be a subject matter expert in the UK ride-hailing industry and a strong communicator between Bolt and the driver community.

About you

• You have 3+ years of experience in an analytical role.
• Comfortable developing analytical and decision-making frameworks to support strategies.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to drive independent initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven with an analytical mindset (proficiency in Excel).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
