In this rewarding role, you will support our Macmillan Support line through effective management and monitoring of operational systems to ensure a smooth delivery of services to people living with cancer.

As a key contact for Macmillan support line colleagues, you will build and maintain relationships, communicate effectively, manage system-related issues and fault reporting, support service-impacting events, and communicate issues and outcomes in a timely manner to all stakeholders from start to resolution.

You will use your contact centre system experience to monitor and maintain systems, and your CRM experience will enable you to deputise for the Operational Systems Lead as a CRM representative across frontline services.

You will also maintain key Microsoft SharePoint sites, including design, content, and access management, to ensure system delivery and a smooth user experience.

This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how the Macmillan Support line team helps people with cancer and how they use critical systems to provide support. Your work will directly impact our vital service and individual customer interactions through system stability and development.

Note: This is a hybrid role, involving home and office work. Currently, office attendance is expected up to 3 times per year for team meetings.

Please note: The role involves being part of an out-of-hours on-call rota, approximately one week in three, covering evenings and weekends as specified.
