The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect specialising in core finance, project management, shared service centre and process automation solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with finance stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, AI‑enabled solutions that streamline and optimise financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Advice – Leverage consulting experience to advise clients on best practices and lead the development of technology roadmaps supporting business goals.
  • Business Case & ROI – Partner with finance leaders to identify, quantify and validate business value, present ROI analyses and ensure solutions deliver measurable improvements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Gather requirements, design solutions and deliver technology solutions aligned with business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Solution Architecture – Design, implement and lead Oracle Fusion‑based financial solutions aligned with business strategy.
  • Technology Leadership – Provide strategic oversight and hands‑on guidance throughout the entire solution lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.
  • Value Realization – Drive post‑implementation reviews, provide ongoing support and continuously improve financial systems and processes.
  • Innovation & Best Practices – Stay current on Oracle Fusion capabilities and emerging technologies in finance, applying innovative thinking to evolve solution offerings.
  • Project Management – Support the management of project delivery, including timelines, budgets, resource planning and risk management, leading major finance transformation projects.
  • Compliance & Governance – Ensure all solutions adhere to compliance, governance and risk management protocols, especially in regulated industries.

What You Bring To The Role

Experience

  • 8+ years designing and implementing Oracle Fusion solutions in global companies with financial shared services.
  • Strong consulting experience delivering finance technology solutions and advising on best practices.
  • Proven business case creation, value identification and delivering measurable ROI.

Technical Skills

  • Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials (Project & Portfolio Management, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and Financial Reporting).
  • Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with other ERP systems and third‑party applications.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies and SaaS implementation approaches.
  • Familiarity with AI‑enabled analytics, Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) and Oracle Autonomous services.
  • Proven experience with Intelligent Automation frameworks – including RPA, AI/ML, NLP, or process mining.

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence senior management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with ability to navigate complex financial systems and processes.

Certifications

Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or ERP is a plus.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
