About the Role

We are looking for an Oracle Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of Oracle Fusion solutions across our utilities operations. The role will focus on translating business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion architectures, ensuring seamless integration with industry processes and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document Oracle Fusion solutions (ERP, SCM, HCM, or Finance modules) tailored for utilities sector needs.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional and.
• Ensure integration with enterprise systems (billing, asset/field service, customer management).
• Provide guidance on best practices, security, compliance, and scalability in Oracle Fusion.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, and release management activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Oracle Solution Designer/Architect.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or HCM).
• Utilities industry knowledge (metering, billing, asset management, service operations) desirable.
• Familiarity with integration tools (OIC, APIs, middleware).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
