Join our Transportation team as a Planner and play a crucial role in projects of all sizes and scopes. Your Purpose
- Help establish the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and support the project with monthly progress data related to time, cost, risk, and quality for business reporting.
- Support the Project Manager/Director by providing specialist advice and technical knowledge to address delays and challenges throughout the project.
- Administer Project Control activities, conduct audits, and ensure contractors' data submissions are assessed and paid in line with KPIs.
- Support trend/forecast reporting and Baseline Change Management, ensuring changes are correctly attributed and charged.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of monthly performance reports to enable prompt decision-making and financial forecasting.
- Provide guidance to teams to ensure quality of task submissions and cost reporting.
- Attend monthly reviews and other meetings as required.

- Understanding of Project Control principles for major programmes.
- Experience facilitating multidiscipline meetings with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Ability to deliver timely reports under demanding deadlines.
- Strong relationship-building skills and support for colleagues.
- Experience supporting Project Managers/Directors in a project environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience interacting with clients.
- Initiative to work independently and suggest process improvements.
- Teamwork and cooperation skills.
