Join our Transportation team as a Planner and play a crucial role in projects of all sizes and scopes. You'll find opportunities to grow and challenge yourself across technical, leadership, and stakeholder responsibilities. Your Purpose

  1. Help establish the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and support the project with monthly progress data related to time, cost, risk, and quality for business reporting.
  2. Support the Project Manager/Director by providing specialist advice and technical knowledge to address delays and challenges throughout the project.
  3. Administer Project Control activities, conduct audits, and ensure contractors' data submissions are assessed and paid in line with KPIs.
  4. Support trend/forecast reporting and Baseline Change Management, ensuring changes are correctly attributed and charged.
  5. Coordinate the preparation and submission of monthly performance reports to enable prompt decision-making and financial forecasting.
  6. Provide guidance to teams to ensure quality of task submissions and cost reporting.
  7. Attend monthly reviews and other meetings as required.
