We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Clinical Lead to join a well-established community complex care provider with a strong reputation built over more than 10 years. This is a key role within a growing team, providing leadership across children's complex care packages delivered in the home.Working across North London, you will ensure safe, high-quality, nurse-led care for children with complex health needs. With several new packages in development, we are expanding our team to maintain the outstanding standards families and commissioners expect.Paediatric Clinical Lead ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage paediatric complex care packages in the community.Carry out assessments, care plans and risk assessments.Provide training, competency sign-offs and clinical supervision to staff.Support families, liaise with commissioners, and work closely with MDTs.Ensure the delivery of safe and effective care, including tracheostomy and ventilation support.RequirementsRegistered Children's Nurse (RSCN/RN Child) with active NMC pin.Strong background in paediatric complex care.Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.Excellent communication and organisational skills.UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region.What We OfferSalary of £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.Flexible working - office attendance only when not on client visits.Clear career pathway, with opportunities to progress into a Regional Paediatric Clinical Lead or Head of Clinical Services role.A supportive, nurse-led organisation where quality of care is never compromised.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates.
