Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex paediatric care packages, including assessments, risk planning, and reviews. Conduct new client assessments and chair clinical team meetings. Complete audits to ensure compliance with best practice and CQC standards. Provide supervision, mentorship, and competency sign-off for nurses. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate effective care. Deliver clinical support during routine and emergency situations. Train and develop care staff in specialist equipment and procedures.

Requirements
Registered Nurse (Paediatrics or Adult) with valid NMC registration. Skilled in complex care (tracheostomy, ventilation, spinal or brain injuries). Community nursing experience (paediatric and/or adult). Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
