This role is based out of our London or Cambridge office, with expected attendance of 2 days a week.

What Will I Be Doing?

• Supporting deal registration, pipeline management, and CPQ workflows
• Overseeing AWS/Microsoft Marketplace operations, including co-sell/partner-led pipeline sharing and executing private offers
• Developing and implementing efficient onboarding/offboarding procedures for Partners and Channel Managers
• Maintaining accurate data across CRM and PRM systems through regular audits and updates
• Managing and prioritizing Partner support cases, ensuring timely resolution and identifying areas for improvement

What Experience Do I Need?

• Proven experience in partner operations, sales operations, marketplace operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), partner management platforms (e.g., Tackle, PRM systems)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify and optimize complex workflows
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• A collaborative approach and willingness to work cross-functionally to drive results
