Position Summary
We have an opportunity for an ambitious Partner Success Manager to join our Samsung European B2B Channel/MSP team. You will be integral to the fast-growing part of Samsung’s enterprise business, focusing on growing, developing, and managing Samsung’s relationships with B2B channel and MSP partners alongside local sales teams. Our partners include MSPs, VARs, and carriers working with Samsung to provide Knox managed services to customers.
Role and Responsibilities
The main tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as the primary contact between the Samsung Partner program and partners (MSPs, VARs, carriers), ensuring benefits are delivered successfully.
- Deliver events and workshops to recruit, educate, and grow the Samsung partner program with local sales teams.
- Demonstrate Knox solutions & Samsung services through demos and webinars.
- Develop technical training content such as KBAs, blogs, and videos to enhance partner expertise.
- Troubleshoot and escalate partner issues.
- Build strong relationships with Samsung internal stakeholders and key account teams.
- Engage with MSP partners through meetings and calls to support device and solution adoption and identify expansion opportunities.
- Assist MSP partners in building new managed services and DaaS offerings with Samsung solutions.
- Collaborate with UK and European account teams to develop relationships with key partners, including travel within Europe.
- Monitor solution adoption and promote new services.
- Analyze partner data to provide insights for program improvement.
- Contribute to the development of MSP and Channel programs for strategic growth.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in launching/supporting managed mobility services for enterprise and SMB markets with MSP background.
- Hands-on experience with Android Enterprise management or similar platforms.
- Customer empathy and a desire to address client pain points.
- Strategic thinking to align plans with company strategy.
- Analytical skills to identify trends and insights from partner data.
- Team collaboration and success orientation.
- Creativity and boldness to challenge norms and innovate.
- Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
- Ability to work in multi-stakeholder, project-based environments.
