Payroll Administrator

DCS Recruitment are a UK based recruitment specialist based in Manchester City Centre, we are hiring for a Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic and successful team!

Salary: £25,500 – £27,500 (Depending on experience)

What you’ll be doing

• Process high volumes of timesheets for CIS, PAYE, and Umbrella workers
• Input and validate payroll data accurately and efficiently
• Handle queries related to pay, hours, and discrepancies with confidence
• Register new starters and ensure timely setup
• Provide clear payroll guidance to contractors and colleagues
• Ensure timesheet deadlines are consistently met

What you’ll need

• Solid Excel skills and confidence working with data
• Experience in recruitment or umbrella payroll is a big plus
• Able to work accurately under pressure and to strict deadlines
• High attention to detail and a forward-thinking attitude
• Strong communication skills and a polite, confident phone manner
