• Processing multiple monthly payrolls accurately and on time using IRIS Cascade, including new starters, leavers, and statutory payments.
• Managing end-to-end payroll reconciliation for 1,500
• Administering and auditing expenses in line with company policy.
• Handling payroll queries via phone, email, ServiceNow, or face-to-face.
• Ensuring compliance with PAYE, National Insurance, and pension regulations (HMRC and TPR).
• Uploading net wages into banking systems and managing timely payment runs.
• Completing all month-end payroll activities and reporting, leveraging IRIS Cascade.
• Supporting acquisitions, onboarding new entities, and integrating payroll data through IRIS Cascade.
• Assisting with system upgrades, implementations, and migrations, with a focus on IRIS Cascade functionality.
• Maintaining data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality across payroll and HR systems.
• We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist with strong IRIS Cascade experience to join our Group Payroll Team within People Operations.
• Proven experience in a high-volume payroll environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience with IRIS Cascade is essential.
• Experience supporting system migrations, data imports, or acquisitions, particularly within IRIS Cascade.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach, able to perform under pressure.
