We are now partnering with an exciting and rapidly growing business, and we are looking for a Payroll Specialist to support their Edinburgh-based team during a major payroll system transformation. This is a contract role offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the successful implementation of a new ADP payroll system.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and import weekly timesheets into the payroll systemLiaise with regional teams to resolve discrepanciesCalculate and process statutory sick pay, holiday pay, and other entitlementsRespond to employee payroll queries via phone and emailBalance payroll and prepare reports using ExcelUpload pension contributions and process payroll deductionsSupport monthly payroll tasks and assist with P11D/benefits in kindContribute to the parallel run and implementation of the new ADP systemSkills RequiredProven experience in payroll administrationStrong Excel skillsExperience with P11Ds and benefitsA proactive, logical thinker with excellent attention to detailA team player who is adaptable, approachable, and empatheticOn OfferBe part of a respected and long-standing organisationGain valuable experience during a major system transformationWork in a supportive, experienced team in a collaborative environmentHybrid working model with flexibilityFor further information, please feel free to get in touch with Maria Stathopoulou.If you like the look of this vacancy and think you could perform the role, but you don't think you meet all the requirements, please DO APPLY for this opportunity.
