Location: Norwich based (50% hybrid working)

Salary: circa £30,000 - £35,000

A bit about the job:

As Payroll Team Leader, you’ll lead a team of Payroll Advisers to ensure colleagues are paid accurately and on time, every time. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, oversee resource planning, and act as a key point of contact for complex queries. You’ll also produce and analyse monthly MI to support quality assurance and team development. Working closely with HR, Finance, and external partners, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining compliance, improving processes, and supporting Aviva’s commitment to operational excellence and employee satisfaction.
