About The Role We are seeking a highly proactive, creative, and versatile global People & Talent Partner to join our dynamic team. - Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple regions, including job design, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management, ensuring recruitment and HR practices comply with local labour laws, cultural norms, and employment regulations across all assigned countries.
- Collaborate with managers to create creative recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.

- Ensure performance issues and employee concerns are addressed promptly, consistently, and in compliance with local laws.
- Offer guidance and support to managers to ensure fair and consistent handling of employee matters.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.

- Process Improvement & Structure
- Identify gaps in HR-related processes and implement scalable improvements.
- Create frameworks, tools, and templates to support managers and ensure consistency.
- Monitor key metrics to track performance and inform decisions.
- Adapt quickly to changing legal, regulatory, and business requirements across multiple countries.
- Balance structured processes with flexibility to respond to evolving team and business needs
- Continuously improve processes and deliverables while maintaining quality and compliance.

- Engagement
- Exercise sound judgement in situations where guidance is limited and processes may not fully cover the scenario.
- Partner with managers to address performance and employee relations and provide steady guidance to managers and teams during periods of change or uncertainty.
- Provide expert guidance and practical solutions to managers and teams across regions that takes into account the legal and cultural differences across multiple countries, ensuring consistent and fair treatment of employees.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, inclusion, and overall experience.
- Ensure onboarding and transitions create a positive, seamless experience for new hires.
- Advise managers on local laws, cultural nuances, and best practices to enable compliant and effective decision-making.

Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Equivalent professional experience in HR, talent management, or employee relations across multiple countries is also highly valued.
- Proven track record of partnering with managers to resolve employee concerns and implement fair, consistent processes.
- Experience in improving HR processes and creating structure in fast-growing or ambiguous environments.
- Proven track record of adapting effectively to changing priorities, business needs, and legislation across multiple regions.
Knowledge And Abilities
- Strong understanding of labour laws, employment regulations, and cultural nuances across multiple countries, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practical HR decision-making.
- Knowledge of best practices in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with frameworks and tools for employee engagement, onboarding, and talent development.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make confident, independent decisions that balance compliance, best practice, and practical business needs.
- Resilient and flexible, able to maintain focus and deliver results while navigating ambiguity and evolving business or legislative requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and deliver a positive employee experience.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, additional language would be an advantage.
- Comfortable working remotely and in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
- Able to work in an international and multi-cultural setting.
- Affinity with the mission of GRI.

What We Offer
- Location : Remote (Hybrid if in the Netherlands; +/- 2 hours CET; candidates must have an existing valid permit to work in the country of their residence)
- Work hours : 40 hrs p/w (full-time, flexible )
- Contract type : 1-year contract with the possibility of becoming permanent thereafter
- Start date : 1 November 2025
- Salary : 45,200-53,000 EUR gross per annum on a full-time basis (based on experience and location)
