Our client is a leading and fast-scaling agency specialising in the Amazon eCommerce space. Due to expansion, they are recruiting for a People & Operations Coordinator to join their team.

This is a hybrid role which spans HR operations, office management, culture building and general administrative support. A great opportunity for a candidate seeking an involved position with variety! Working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with parking available alongside excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, guiding team members on policies and procedures where needed
• Keep accurate employee records and track engagement through surveys and data.
• Managing holiday/sickness records.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding/offboarding process with documentation and feedback.
• Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding new team members.
• Organise team events, socials and initiatives that build connection and culture.
• Contribute to internal branding and culture projects.
• Support learning & development initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• 2 years + experience in an HR/Operations focused role
• Exceptionally organised with excellent communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Google Workspace, Slack, Canva, Trello, and Monday.com.
• Proactive and solution-oriented.
• A natural people-person with empathy and enthusiasm.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
