Overview

We’re recruiting two Personal Advisors to support care-experienced young people (16–25) as they move into adulthood. You’ll help them navigate housing, education, employment, health, and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships and develop Pathway Plans
• Advocate across housing, education, and health services
• Support with mental health, substance misuse, and disabilities
• Guide tenancy management and family reunification
• Maintain accurate records and reports

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with care leavers or similar settings
• Strong communication, planning, and IT skills
• Comfortable working with 18–25 year olds
• Passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable young people

Caseload & Support

• Up to 25 young people (no handovers)
