We’re thrilled to be working with a leading investment firm, renowned for its fast-paced, collaborative culture and commitment to diversity and inclusion. This PA role is an exciting opportunity to support high-performing tech and sustainability teams.

Role

This is a newly created role supporting five senior stakeholders across two dynamic teams: the Tech team (focusing on AI, digital, and cyber security) and the Sustainability team (working across ESG initiatives). You’ll be working alongside an established and highly respected PA, providing high-level support across a variety of tasks. Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Complex diary management (approx. 80% of the role)
  • Arranging UK and international business travel
  • Coordinating meetings and ensuring documentation is prepared in advance
  • Preparing PowerPoint, Word, and Excel documents
  • Supporting with board meeting coordination for portfolio companies
  • Managing expense claims
  • CRM database management and updates
  • Liaising with outsourced IT support
  • Handling general telephone, email, and admin queries
  • Supporting with ad hoc marketing and events (e.g. sector dinners)
  • Providing cover for the wider PA team
  • General administrative tasks such as document binding, scanning, and filing

The is ideal position for a proactive, emotionally intelligent PA with a strong background in professional services or finance. You’ll be someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, has excellent attention to detail, and understands the importance of your role in the success of a busy team.
