Purpose of the Role
As the Planning Partner, you will be the UK planning lead, leading full-funnel comms planning for the world’s largest globaljewellery brand and one of Britain’s most iconic much loved car brands.
This exciting opportunity places you at the heart of two of the UK’s most innovative and forward-thinking brands. The role demands deep expertise in communications planning and media strategy. Someone who is passionate about the planning craft and who is a great storyteller, that can influencer senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for delivering best in class, full funnel media comms planning, bringing your clients on the journey.
Lead annual and quarterly media planning across all channels, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
Work closely with media owners to optimise media spend and campaign performance.
Support in analysing econometrics and measurement, ensuring robust evaluation frameworks are in place to assess media effectiveness
Analyse market trends, audience insights, and campaign performance data to inform future media strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including strategy, measurement and channel teams.
Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to continuously refine the client’s media planning approach.
Qualifications + Skills
Extensive experience in developing and executing full-funnel media strategies and comms planning – ideally for high-value, multimillion-pound clients.
Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams within the media industry.
Proficient in utilising media planning and audience analysis tools to drive effective campaigns.
Skilled at identifying opportunities that enhance client business performance and deliver measurable impact.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering strong and lasting client relationships.
What we offer
This is a permanent role.
This role will be based in our London office where we currently operate under hybrid working arrangements and you will be expected to work from the office at least 2 days a week.
