Overview

Platform Analyst role in Global Technology Solutions (GTS) based in London with flexible remote working. The team operates globally, and the role focuses on enhancing, monitoring, and supporting the Alteryx Client Flow platform alongside other key GTS technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Support & Maintenance – Partner with colleagues across Pacific Life and regional offices to deliver compliance reporting.

  • Configuration & Performance – Configure and tailor software to meet evolving business needs; monitor system health, performance, and security to ensure seamless service; apply best practices for data backup, recovery, and retention.

  • User Support & Training – Provide hands-on technical support to users, resolve issues and answer queries; create and deliver engaging training sessions to help users get the most out of GTS tools.

  • Permissions & Security – Manage user access and permissions, ensuring compliance and data protection; stay ahead of security trends and implement measures to safeguard sensitive data.

  • Workflow Automation – Design and maintain automated workflows to boost efficiency and streamline operations.

  • Documentation & Reporting – Keep detailed records of configurations, policies, and procedures; generate insightful reports on system usage and performance.

  • Troubleshooting & Resolution – Investigate and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.

Skills & Experience

  • A strong desire to grow and develop as a Platform Analyst.

  • Solid academic foundation and a keen interest in industry best practices.

  • Familiarity (or curiosity) with Alteryx products like Designer and Server.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Alteryx Designer – Core, Server Implementation/Admin) and a strong academic background.

  • Data-driven and customer-focused in your decision-making.

  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
