Are you a Service Delivery Manager with experience in the hosting and cloud space? This is a key role within Defence, where you will own and influence the delivery of Platforms and Hosting Services across the account. This includes both on-premise and off-premise network, compute, storage, and enabling services.

This role is hybrid, requiring 2 days a week on-site at our Portsmouth or Salisbury location.

You must be eligible for SC Clearance.

What you'll be doing:

• Responsible for delivering the platforms and hosting service.
• Drive growth through engagement with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Contribute to and prioritize a backlog of activities aligned with your service.
• Deliver the roadmap and strategy.
• Report on costs, performance, availability, and usage trends of the service to the account and customer.
• Ensure the account has the necessary skills and staffing to operate and improve the service.
• Use the service regularly to understand it from a user perspective.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience owning and leading a technical service related to hosting or cloud.
• Knowledge of cloud and hosting technologies to deliver business benefits and growth.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and speaking publicly.
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools.
• A strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence.
• Strong negotiation skills.
