PMO Analyst (SC)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to join an ongoing service for a key client. This is a hybrid role with on-site work two days per week in Chester or London. Start date is ASAP. IR35 status is Outside IR35. Clearance level required is SC (with the expectation of obtaining security clearance prior to appointment).

Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Management Office in tracking, reporting, assurance, quality control, information management, financial tracking, RAID, and change control.
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to assist Project Managers and other team members in navigating internal governance processes and meeting the needs of the wider Project Group.
  • Manage stakeholders and the Stage Gate review process, ensuring project/programme readiness to move through governance and handover to Service.
  • Assist with onboarding new IT&F team members by informing them of processes and standards.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Experience as a PMO Analyst or in a similar PMO/controls role.
  • Ability to work with governance processes, stage gates, and handovers to service.
  • Stakeholder management skills and experience supporting project managers.
  • SC clearance (or eligibility) with willingness to undergo security clearance, which can take up to 10 weeks.
  • Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days per week on-site in Chester or London; otherwise remote where applicable.
