We\'re hiring for an experienced and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support programme delivery across multiple complex projects. Prior experience in the public sector is highly desirable. Candidates should be available to start within 1-3 weeks and able to work on-site in Leeds City Centre two days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
• Produce clear, high-quality reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders
• Maintain RAID logs, documentation, and governance timelines
• Support performance tracking, KPI analysis, and continuous improvement
• Coordinate governance activities and ensure reporting integrity
• Facilitate effective communication between delivery teams and senior stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven PMO experience in large, complex organisations
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2)
• Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver under pressure
